Beach House 2020

oh heck. raya's jus around the corner. its the time of the year where all family members gather to meet at least once a year. and the catalyst is always a venue that they call a kampong. well we dont have a kampong anymore since our grandparents' traditional home has been let go for practical reasons. i had no say in this and its fucking pissing me off!! So I'm proposing a beach house!

ok abt the design. it has to fit about 50 ppl. so im thinking of a double volume living hall with a huge projector screen. the living hall will be surrounded with many rooms filled with bunk beds

on the 2nd floor. the rooms will be along a suspended corridor facing the huge living room. and of course for sustainability of a lengthy stay, there will be about 4 workstations on the corners of the building for ppl to connect to the net. like this:

the floor to ceiling window/gateway will face the beach with an alresco dining area right outside the building. on the side of the dining area will be a swimming pool for mini water polo games with a bbq pit under the shade of a straw hut like this:

and finally for some grand entertainment is a beach football mini pitch surrounded with palm trees with flood lights hooked on the top of the trees.

for some wet wet fun.. thr will be inflatable playground for kids on one side of the pool. a mini slippery football pitch also inflatable. and on the other side.. the main amusement for adults, will be the Kinda Ka of all water slides for adrenaline junkies.

How? With a solid 10 year funding plan

Where? Sepang Goldcoast. The area was once the birthplace of our forefathers.

Why? I have a strong family that has always resolved individual differences so each and everyone of them deserves to be spoiled. Their kids should also be spoiled. Same goes to their kids' kids.

So what's gonna happen to it in between raya festivals? We will make business out of it. It will be rented out to either individuals or huge groups. This will be the modern day homestay destination.

I am so gonna make this happen!!!
